SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

How do you get my consent?

Data obtained through the short code program will not be shared with any third-parties for their marketing reasons/purposes.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SMS Program Terms
1. Muddy Mat offers promotional text message programs (also known as SMS promotion programs). You may enroll in this program by texting a specific promotional keyword to +1 (833) 537-5514. You can opt out of this program at any time. Message frequency varies.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (Muddy Mat Short Code). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling +1 (833) 537-5514 or emailing contact@muddymat.co.. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Message and Data rates may apply for any message sent to from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plans, it is best to contact your personal provider.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
By using our services, you agree that we may share your personal information and other information we collect with our marketing partners, affiliated companies, our service providers, mobile carriers, social networks, legal and law enforcement, and others if there is a change of control.
SECTION 4 - STORAGE AND RETENTION
Personally identifiable information that you provide to us in the course of requesting a product or service through our website may be gathered and stored in one or more of our corporate databases. We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
