Catches all the mud!!

We foster rescue cats for a living, and yeah, the house is always a mess. But since getting these mats and putting them by every litter box and along the hallways, I'm glad to say the place is way cleaner. Every time the cats hop out of the box now, they track so much less litter through the house. With the 8+ cats (including 3 of our own) rotating through here, these mats catch A LOT — litter, fur, the odd bit of mud from the catio, even spilled water. Now if there was only a way to get the mat to cover my entire couch, that would be swell.

Works for cat litter

Nothing will EVER contain the cat litter, but this mat significantly reduced the amount of litter that my lovies spread when jumping out of the litter robot. I am probably going to order one more to reduce that amount to a minimum. 😉

My cat claimed it as her new nap spot

I bought this as a litter mat but my cat had other plans — she curled up on it the second I put it down and now treats it like her bed. It's genuinely that soft. Bonus: it still does its job, catching fur and stray litter, and it washes up like new every time. Two happy purchases in one.

Now I don't need to sweep up litter as often

This mat is the best thing since sliced bread. We used to have to sweep our hardwood floors daily because the cats would fling litter everywhere climbing out of the box. I used to be so paranoid about the grit scratching up my floors. Now I can relax and not sweep so often — the mat traps it right at the box. Just one less thing to worry about. Great product!

Great for cats by the litterbox

Great for litter by the litterbox. It captures the litter pieces on the bottom of the cats feet and reduces the amount of sweeping I have to do to keep my room clean. And it traps more litter than anything I've ever tried before.

Traps the litter before it spreads

Simple and it just works. I put it right where the cats step out of the box, and the litter that used to end up halfway across the room now stays on the mat. A quick shake or vacuum and it's clean. Sweeping the whole house every day is finally over.

Such a soft and comfortable area mat

Very nice mat. I have not tested it to the extreme, but it seems to be working well by the litter box. A few loose fibers came out when I washed it, but it was not really much. There are multiple different-colored fibers, which I don't think you can observe in the picture. Also, my cat finds it so comfortable she naps on it more than she uses her actual bed. :-)

I actually use this…

I actually use this to catch my cat's litter so it doesn't cover my tiles in my laundry room. It works great and I no longer have to sweep up the floor constantly keeping the room free of litter! It's not just for muddy paws, it a relief to not step on litter, keeping my bare feet clean.

So soft my cat sleeps on it

Got it as a mat for the litter area and my cat immediately adopted it as a bed. It's ultra soft but still grippy underneath, so it stays put. It catches litter and fur really well, and after a few weeks of daily use it still looks great once it's washed. No complaints at all.

Easily machine washable and dryer safe

Nice easy to maintain mat for the litter area. Make sure you wash it immediately when you get it — it will shed a bit in the washer and dryer, then it is ready to go. Very low to the ground so it sits flat and the cats don't trip on it. Absorbs a lot of litter dust and stray kibble. I have 2 of them. Easy to clean by just tossing in the washer and dryer.

Dried my cat's wet paws in seconds

I cannot believe how absorbent this mat is! It also gets litter and dry mess off their paws well. One time the cat knocked over the water bowl and walked right through it, so I set her down on the mat to see what would happen. WOW, it actually dried her soaked paws off in seconds. I couldn't be more impressed! It grips the floor well and hasn't moved an inch since I put it down several weeks ago. I plan to get one for under the food station too. Highly recommend this mat!

So easy to wash

Really durable mat. My cat kneads and scratches at it and it hasn't pilled or come apart. It catches litter and the occasional mess, and it washes and dries without any fuss. Very low maintenance, which is exactly what I wanted with two cats in the house.

I purchased the Muddy Mat recommended by my neighbor who has 3 of them. If she has 3, it must be a good product!

I purchased the Muddy Mat to put in front of my cats litter box to cut down on the trail of litter from their paws. My neighbor recommended it as she has one for her cat. It certainly has made a great deal of difference and not near the amount of litter trail!
